I know how you feel, because I was there too.
15 years ago, this was me: I was doing all of the things - day job, two side businesses, partner, friends, yoga, life. Every single day was full.
And although I thrive in environments which help me grow, I knew I wanted to grow as a human, heal my past even more and find my people.

Instead of pointing the finger at others, I worked on my own shit - because true healing comes from healing the relationship with ourselves first - everything else follows.

I realised I needed to let go of the things that weren’t lighting me up and serving me - because if I kept doing the same old, same old every day I was never going to have time to find myself.

I had to find the time, space and energy to do the work on myself. No one else was going to do it for me.

I had to work on my self-worth - remembering the goals and limitless thinking I once had as a child. The fear of not reaching my potential was my own self limiting belief.

I had to find my people, my crew, my like-minded souls who lit me up and understood me - even though their life experiences looked different to mine.

I had to become the best version of myself and recognise it as a daily practice. Those in my orbit witnessed my transformation - this inspired their own self-growth and transformation (hello ripple effect).

A fellow seeker on the path of growth, healing and self-discovery. I’m a highly qualified Breathwork Practitioner, Certified Life and Business Coach, Spiritual Mentor, Reiki Master and Qualified Sacred Space Holder.Â
I’m also a passionate writer and speaker who has studied a variety of healing modalities from around the world, including mediumship courses, Munay Ki training, and past life regression therapy and have assisted in spiritual retreats in Bali and Hawaii.
