Not at all! This retreat is for everyone, whether you're completely new to wellness practices or have experience. We will have daily practices like breathwork, meditation and movement practices. Everything is optional, and you can participate as much or as little as you wish.

Yes! Your retreat includes 6 days and 5 nights of accommodation, three nourishing meals daily, all retreat activities, ceremonies, and an special gift from me. The only additional costs are optional add-ons like massage treatments, extra healing sessions, and your travel to and from Bali. Airfare, travel insurance, and airport/hotel transfers are not included. I will provide suggested transportation to the retreat venue from Denpasar airport or elsewhere in Bali.

We are keeping this retreat intimate, with a maximum of 10-15 participants, ensuring plenty of personal connection and relaxation. 

You’ll stay in beautiful private or shared rooms at our luxurious retreat venue. The accommodation is designed to create a peaceful, nurturing environment where you can fully relax and enjoy your stay. Wifi is available in your room and throughout the retreat venue.

The carefully designed rooms are a mixture of Mediterranean style and finished with graceful Balinese touches. 

Every room opens via sliding glass doors to a lush tropical garden and features coconut and teak wood accents.

They all feature an open-air shower and private terrace with a daybed - looking out into the tropical Balinese setting.

You’ll be treated to delicious, healthy meals three times a day. We focus on fresh, nourishing food that fuels your body and enhances your experience. All meals are cooked with love using local products, that are both nutritious and wholesome, revitalise the body. If you have dietary requirements, please let us know in advance, and we will happily accommodate them.

Absolutely! Many of our guests come alone, and the intimate setting provides a great opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals. You’ll leave with new friendships and a strong sense of community.

We'll be sending you a detailed packing guide to help you prepare for your retreat closer to the date. We recommend packing light, comfortable clothing, swimwear, a journal, and any personal items that help you feel at ease. 

All you need to do is come with an open heart and a willingness to relax and receive all that is awaiting you in Bali! 

January in Bali is warm and tropical, with average temperatures between 26°C to 29°C (78°F to 84°F). It’s a wonderful time to experience Bali's lush, green landscapes. There may be occasional showers, which can be refreshing and brief.

Yes! While there are group activities scheduled, there is plenty of time built into each day for you to rest, swim, explore the surroundings, or simply be in the moment.

You will fly into Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS) in Bali. From there, you can arrange transportation to the retreat venue. We will provide more details and recommendations on transport options closer to the retreat date.

Of course! Many participants choose to stay a bit longer to further explore Bali’s beauty. We’re happy to provide recommendations for additional accommodations and things to do in Bali after the retreat ends.

Yes! The retreat is a wonderful experience for couples, friends or with family members to relax, reconnect, and share in the beauty of Bali together. We offer double rooms for those who wish to stay together (with a double or single beds).

To reserve your spot, simply pay the $500 deposit. Spaces are limited, so we encourage you to book early to ensure your place. If you are paying in full, you can simply purchase the full payment price (plus you'll receive the special pay in full bonuses!)
